1.Please make sure you have already joined our ASUS Membership program. If not, please click Sign Up.
2.Once you have successfully register with us, our system will send out a Member Confirmation Letter. Please follow the instructions on http://vip.asus.com/member/activereg.aspx to activate your account.
NOTE
The Confirmation Letter is only used for activating your Member account.. You still need to use the password you have selected during Member Registration when login to Member Site.
3. If you have not received ASUS Confirmation Letter, please go to ASUS Membership Confirmation and click in "Forgot Verification Code" .The system will resend the Confirmation Letter to you again. If you still have not received the Letter, please follow these steps:
Please make sure your e-mail address has been validated. Some free e-mail providers may not guarantee you to receive letters from ASUS. We recommend you to try another e-mail address. You can also click send a test mail to your e-mail account to check whether your e-mail address is able to receive letters from ASUS.

Check whether your "Trash Bin" or SPAM folder has our ASUS Member Confirmation Letter.

Contact your MIS admin to see whether ASUS Confirmation Letter (send by member@asus.com.tw ) was been treated as Junk Mail.

If all the steps above still would not solve your problem, please send a mail from your registered account to

Contents can remain as empty. We will investigate the issue and reply back to you on the Activation status.
